Very nice rooms with a view of Beka valley. Clean and welcoming staff. Random power cuts added to the atmosphere. Manager and concierge went above and beyond to solve a problem. Perfect location in the middle of Beka. Generous and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the Bekaa area. It's located in the heart of the valley, close to all major tourist attractions and transportation options. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is impressive, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available for guests to use.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience for me. the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional. the room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with exclusive facilities. the seasonal outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed spending my afternoons there. the restaurant served delicious food, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. the garden area was exquisite and added to the overall beauty of the venue.

It was a little inconvenient as I needed to work, but it did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

Located in the heart of Bekaa valley, this hotel is close to major touristic attractions in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy a large buffet breakfast and attentive food & beverage staff. the beautiful building and facilities make for a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks professionalism among some of its staff.

The hotel had a great view of the mountains and a very nice pool to relax in. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The hotel was also conveniently located near various tourist attractions and restaurants.

Staying at this hotel over the new year was not the most pleasant experience. The noise level was incredibly high, making it difficult to sleep or relax.
